Forays in the Snowys



2021 Alfisti Autumn Tour #2

Monday 12th to Wednesday 14th April


The Alpine Alfisti Association in collaboration with AROCA Victoria present the joint Forays in the Snowys Tour

This Tour will run from Canberra to Jindabyne, then to Tumut, finishing in either Rutherglen, or back in Jindabyne, on day three.
The Tour commences the day after Auto Italia Canberra and offers the ideal opportunity for those returning interstate to tour through the Snowy Mountains on their way home.

Tour Itinerary
Monday 12

Canberra to Jindabyne

Via Dalgety & Charlotte Pass
 
Tuesday 13

Jindabyne to Tumut

Via Adaminaby, Yarrangobilly Caves via the Snowy Mountains Highway, with a visit to the historic Adelong gold mill ruins.
 
Wednesday 14

Tumut to Tumbarumba

The Tour group will split in Tumbarumba ...
Some will head to Rutherglen via Jingellic
The others will head back to Jindabyne (or Canberra) via Khancoban and the Alpine Way.
 
Thursday 15

Return home ...

from either Rutherglen or Jindabyne.
